In these booking conditions references to ‘you’ and ‘your’ and ‘passenger(s)’ include the person named on the booking and all person’s on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.
Contracting Procedure & Amendments or Cancellations.
By making a booking with Malaga Cabbie on-line, by phone or via email, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the following terms and conditions.
Following this act, you will receive an email with information from our booking office, you will be able to verify your personal data and that of the services are correct.
In case of a mistake in the entered data or conditions of the contract, it will be possible to amend those mistakes or cancel the service for which the contract was entered by replying to the received email, such cancellation will not generate any cost to the user providing the service is cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled transfer pick up time.
Amendments or cancellation requests cannot be made with the driver.
Malaga Cabbie will put its best effort to find and rectify any errors. However, there may be times when obvious errors might occur such as the price or some other detail being displayed incorrectly. In this case Malaga Cabbie will reserve the right to cancel that reservation and the customer will not have any liability to this regard.
The rendering of specific services contracted by the user shall take place in the manner in which they are described in their respective descriptions.
Malaga Cabbie limits itself to informing the user of the specific offers regarding services offered by third party companies (suppliers), as well as managing the bookings for these services. Transfer bookings made by the user will be contracted to a specific passenger transport company (supplier). Therefore, at no time will Malaga Cabbie be held responsible for issues related to the rendering of the service, such as:
- Baggage being lost or damaged in any way.
- Lack of punctuality.
- Changes in the service contracted for.
- Problems or accidents which occur during the journey.
In these cases, the responsible entity will exclusively be the passenger transport company (supplier) rendering the service. Malaga Cabbie if solicited by a client will provide the user with all the details of such transport company (supplier) to enable the user to make any claims which may be appropriate to the case.
Availability of Service
We are entitled, on behalf of the service provider, to refuse any order placed by you. We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a service provider to every booking request. In the unlikely event that we are unable to allocate a provider to your booking request we will email you to advise you as soon as possible.
Our on-line Booking services are provided on an “as is” basis and we do not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the availability of any product(s).
Waiting Time and Emergency Contact
On the day of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival( confirmed by the client). The waiting time from any other point will be restricted to 15 minutes after the agreed time.
In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number provided in the booking confirmation email to make contact with the driver to insure he will wait for you.
If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and within 15 minutes for non-airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no-show and he will leave.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with excess baggage. This is to ensure that the vehicle provided is suitable and can accommodate you. The passenger(s) will be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess or oversized luggage.
Special Requests, Trip Time and Vehicles
During the booking process you may request extra services. We will pass on all such requests to the supplier; however we cannot guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not. Child / baby seats will be provided if requested on the booking panel or to the head office. However, there may be rare instances when such seats are unable to be provided due to unforeseen last minute vehicle substitution, for example.
The distance and trip time provided are for planning purposes only. You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the information published, and you should plan your trip accordingly.

Malaga Cabbie and the service provider cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to unforeseen circumstances, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, etc.
